Since mid-2023, we have been using new software to create our documents, quotations and order confirmations. At the same time, we have also implemented talking article codes with the introduction of our new ERP system.
These article codes allow each standard device to be clearly identified using a systematic combination of numbers and letters. All installed components and materials are now clearly defined, whereby the customer-specific operating conditions can differ individually for each appliance. This has no effect on the article code and therefore also not on the price.
